It was created in 1980 to satisfy the request of the Abano Terme and Montegrotto Terme Hotel Association.The main aim of the Research Centre is scientific research in the field of thermal medicine, the study, promotion, increase in activities that concern spa centres in any event and in any field of therapeutic and scientific application.
